For ensuring concerted and dedicated efforts in this specialised field,  the group established a new company - UNIVEST CHEMICALS PVT LTD, in 1999. And, internationally recognised for his contribution to the Chemical Industry,  Dr N R Ayyangar is our Chairman - Emeritus.  Under his  guidance and advice Distribution and Licensing agreements,  with world renowned technology-driven companies were concluded by 2000.
